How do I book a trailer?
You can book directly on our website. Simply select your trailer type, choose your dates, and confirm online.

Yes, a refundable security deposit is required at the time of booking.

No, rentals are available by the day, week, or long-term.
Pickup & Delivery
Where do I pick up my trailer?
We'll meet you at a convenient location within 5 miles of Cedar Valley. We're flexible and can often arrange pickup near your home, job site, or another easy-to-access spot that works for both of us.
Do you offer delivery?
Yes, delivery is available for an additional fee. Pricing is based on mileage.
What do I need to provide before pickup?
Prior to pickup, you'll need to submit a valid driver's license and proof of insurance. You'll be prompted to upload these at the time of booking, or you can use the secure link we send by email.
Vehicles & Requirements
What kind of vehicle do I need to tow a trailer?
Your vehicle must have the proper tow capacity for the trailer you're renting, along with a standard 2" or 2-5/16" hitch receiver and a 7-way electrical plug.
Do you provide hitches or towing equipment?
Accessories such as tie-downs and straps are included. A hitch may be available for an additional fee—please ask when booking.
Insurance & Liability
Is insurance required?
Yes, proof of insurance is required.
What if the trailer is damaged during my rental?
The renter is responsible for any damage, theft, or loss that occurs during the rental period. Repair costs will first be deducted from your security deposit. If the damage exceeds the deposit amount, you will be notified and the card on file will be charged for the remaining balance.
Late Returns & Cancellations
What if I return the trailer late?
Late returns are subject to additional fees. Please call us if you are running behind so we can work with you.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made 48 hours before pickup receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours may forfeit the deposit.

Do you offer long-term rentals?
Yes, we offer discounted rates for weekly and monthly rentals. Perfect for contractors or ongoing projects.
